The invention discloses a defrosting control method, an air conditioner and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that the air conditioner is controlled to operate in a heating mode, and temperature state parameters of an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner are obtained; determining an outdoor environment state according to the temperature state parameter of the outdoor heat exchanger; and when the air conditioner meets the defrosting starting condition corresponding to the outdoor environment state, the air conditioner is controlled to start a corresponding defrosting mode. The invention aims to improve the defrosting control accuracy of the air conditioner and improve the heating capacity of the air conditioner.
