The invention discloses a control method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that when the air conditioner starts a preset defrosting mode, the first indoor heat exchanger temperature of the air conditioner is obtained; the rotating speed of an indoor fan of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the first indoor heat exchanger temperature, and the adjusted rotating speed of the indoor fan is larger than a first target rotating speed corresponding to the preset defrosting mode; and when the air conditioner meets the first preset condition, the indoor fan is controlled to be adjusted to run at the first target rotating speed. The invention aims to ensure the defrosting effect and improve the comfort of outdoor users at the same time.
