A vehicle wireless optical communication system based on a fluorescent antenna utilizes the photoluminescence effect of a fluorescent material to receive light incident from any direction, and a transmitting end (a vehicle or a track or a communication station beside a road) modulates a communication signal to a light beam emitted by a light source. Light emitted by the light source enters a fluorescent antenna (namely an optical fiber integrated with a fluorescent material, a lens or a high-efficiency light guide structure and the like) arranged at a receiving end (a communication station beside a track or a road or a vehicle), so that light beam alignment equipment does not need to be arranged at the light source of a sending end and the receiving end. Meanwhile, the strip-shaped or strip-shaped fluorescent antenna structure can form a communication coverage area parallel to a track or a road, and the number of communication stations beside the track or the road can be reduced in cooperation with a directional angle and a divergence angle of a light beam emitted by the light source, the problem of frequent cross-region switching is avoided, meanwhile, the stability of communication of passengers in the vehicle is guaranteed, and the safety of passengers is improved. And the cost is low.
