The invention provides a board dividing machine and a circuit board production line. The board dividing machine comprises a rack, a loading mechanism, a board dividing mechanism and a carrying mechanism. The rack is provided with a workbench; the loading mechanism is arranged on the workbench and comprises a first track, a first driving assembly and a loading assembly, the loading assembly is movably arranged on the first track and comprises a mounting base and a board splitting jig, the board splitting jig is arranged on the mounting base and comprises a mounting groove, a board splitting groove and an avoiding groove, and the board splitting groove and the avoiding groove both communicate with the mounting groove; a straight knife is embedded in the bottom face of the board dividing groove, and the receding grooves are located in the two opposite sides of the mounting groove and used for receding the clamping jaws. The board dividing mechanism comprises a first moving assembly and a board dividing assembly. The carrying mechanism comprises a second moving assembly and a clamping jaw assembly. The loading assembly is movably arranged on the first track, the loading assembly can directly drive the circuit board to move to the discharging position after board splitting, the circuit board does not need to be taken down from the loading assembly and then placed to the discharging position through a mechanical arm, operation is simplified, and efficiency is improved.
