The user data publishing method comprises the steps of obtaining user data; sampling the user data to obtain sample data; performing feature extraction on the sample data through a feature extractor to obtain a feature vector; cutting the feature vector to obtain a cut vector, and cutting the maximum value of a two-norm used for limiting the feature vector; mixing the cutting vectors to obtain a mixed vector; and adding Gaussian noise in the mixed vector to obtain published data. The features in the sample data are extracted through the feature extractor, and then the feature vectors after feature extraction are cut and mixed, so that the mixing in the feature space can reduce the influence of the mixing on the data effectiveness, and the effectiveness of the published data is greatly improved.
