A display apparatus (901) and a vehicle, which can be applied in the display field, for example, in an HUD in the vehicle field, the display apparatus (901) comprising: an image generation device (101), a screen (102), a screen holder (103), and a shutter (104). The image generation device (101) is used for generating imaging light carrying image information and sending the imaging light to the screen (102); the screen (102) is used for receiving and displaying the imaging light generated by the image generation device (101); the screen support (103) is used for supporting the screen (102), and the edge of the screen support (103) can protrude out of the edge of the screen (102); and the baffle plate (104) is positioned around the image generation device (101) and is used for resisting stray light reaching the screen bracket (103).
