本发明公开了一种由硅钙化合物制备甲硅烷的方法，属于甲硅烷制备技术领域，将硅钙化合物磨制成粉末后加入反应釜内，加入盐酸进行水解反应，水解反应生成的气体进入吸附净化装置进行吸附净化处理，处理后的混合气进入精馏塔中进行精馏分离提纯，精馏提纯得到甲硅烷产品。本发明利用硅钙化合物制备硅烷气，避免了硅化镁还原法、氢化铝钠法成本高，纯度低的问题，同时也避免了普通歧化法中流程长、能耗较高的缺陷，采用硅钙化合物制备高纯的硅烷产品。
