本发明属于立铣刀制备领域，具体涉及一种β‑SiN定向有序排布氮化硅陶瓷整体立铣刀制备方法。将氮化硅基混合粉末装填在卧式烧结模具中、填充的粉末在烧结模具中呈长轴状，进行SPS烧结，烧结时烧结压力作用于粉末的长轴方向，使得烧结过程中β‑SiN晶粒沿长轴方向定向排布，形成微观结构有序的陶瓷基体；将陶瓷基体制备成立铣刀、且使晶粒高耐磨棱柱面平行于切削过程中的主切削力方向。本发明成功突破传统SPS制备整体立铣刀的尺寸限制，并显著提升氮化硅陶瓷刀具的抗崩刃性能和服役寿命。
