本发明公开了一种高纯氮化铝单晶粉体的制备方法。所述方法将原料铝粉和氮化铝粉按配比混匀后，置于气压烧结炉中，抽真空后通入高压氩气，升温至设定温度后通入氮气发生燃爆反应，随后冷却至室温，经破碎后得到D50=20‑200μm的高纯氮化铝单晶粉体。本发明利用铝粉在高温高压氮气中的快速氮化燃爆反应，实现粗颗粒高纯氮化铝单晶粉体的合成，具有工艺简单、制备成本低的特点，制备的高纯氮化铝单晶粉体，可用作电子封装高导热填料。
