本发明公开了一种HVLP铜箔表面亚微米微粗化处理方法。本发明包含S1铜箔前处理（微蚀与酸洗）、S2亚微米脉冲微粗化、S3固化封层及S4抗氧化烘干。方法在“低铜高酸”配方中引入不对称高频正负脉冲控制，通过正向脉冲极高过电位引发爆发式形核，反向微弱电流优先溶解尖端（消尖效应），并在前处理与抗氧化处理协同下，在铜箔表面形成粒径100~300 nm的极均一亚微米微瘤，解决了低粗糙度（Rz ≤ 1.2 μm）与高剥离强度的性能博弈痛点。
